Create Accounts
Applicants have a unique user name and password, protecting sensitive information. Anyone can view job postings without completing the registration process; however, applicants must create a profile to apply for vacancies. Applicants have the freedom to browse the JobCenter online from any web browser, and will be updated with real time information on application status or new postings of interest.
Pre-Screening
Applicants can be pre-screened prior to filling out the application. If they do not correctly answer the pre-screening questions, then they are unable to access the application. This functionality can reduce the quantity of unqualified applicants.
Candidate Search Capabilities
Find the most suitable candidates quickly using the Query functionality. The resulting candidates of these searches have their profiles displayed automatically. Your entire candidate database accessed instantly.
Candidate Management
Administrators have the capability to quickly and easily recruit applicants and manage the applicants registered in the JobCenter. One management screen enables an administrator to evaluate an applicant’s uploaded documentation (resumes, transcripts, etc.), send quick notifications to the applicant, and various other functions.
