Carolina Community College System, encompassing a campus in New Bern, a campus in Havelock, and an office on
base at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point. Craven is a comprehensive, public two-year institution
with an open-door policy that has served Craven County and surrounding parts of Eastern North Carolina since

Craven serves more than 4,500 curriculum students and
nearly 12,000 continuing education students each year and has been fully accredited by the Commission on Colleges,
Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
