The Technical College System of Georgia guarantees employers that graduates of state technical institutes shall possess the skills and knowledge prescribed by the state curriculum standards. If, within two years of graduation, a graduate or the employer is convinced that the employee is not competent in an area of training required by the state curriculum standards, the graduate will be retrained by any technical college at no charge to the student or the employer.
